Factual information, not advice. Every company is measured the same way, against published criteria. Nothing here recommends a firm, plan or trade, or knows your circumstances.
The short version
- Solid on paper. One-off fees, no activation fee, an end-of-day drawdown, a 90% split and one named US company. It even publishes its own pass and payout rates.
- Trustpilot 4.4, but read the one-stars. Most recent one-star reviews describe the same thing: an identity check refused, or a dashboard locked, right when the trader asked to be paid.
- Its pages don't agree with each other. We found twelve places where two of its own pages give different rules, prices or timings. Lightning has the most.
- Overall 5.2/10, #5 of 10 futures firms on this site at $50K.
Tradeify at a glance
Who is behind Tradeify
Its trader agreement is with Tradeify Holdings, Corp., and the footer puts it at 1700 S. Dixie Highway in Boca Raton, Florida. That's one clear company, which is more than many firms manage. What's missing is a registration number or a state of incorporation, so you can't look it up from what the site gives you. Its help centre names Brett Simberkoff as founder and CEO. It doesn't say when the firm started.
Your card payment goes through Novaflame LTD, a payment agent in Cyprus, and oddly that's the only company Tradeify gives a registration number for. A sister company, Tradeify Brokerage LLC, is a CFTC-registered introducing broker at the same address, but it isn't the company you sign with.
| Company | Role | Country | Number |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tradeify Holdings, Corp. | The company you contract with | United States | Not published |
| Novaflame LTD | Takes your payment | Cyprus | HE 480295 |
- No registration number for the company you contract with
- Says in its agreement that account funds are “exclusively demo funds unless otherwise stated”
- Disputes go to arbitration in Florida under the agreement, but its Terms of Use name courts in Dallas, Texas
- Publishes its own pass rate, payout rate and live-account rate
Tradeify's own pass rates
This is rare, so it gets its own section. In the small print at the bottom of its homepage, Tradeify publishes what happened to its traders from August 2025 to July 2026:
Read it as a funnel. Most evaluations fail, many traders buy several before one passes, and fewer than a third of the traders who do reach a funded account ever get paid. That isn't a mark against Tradeify in particular; most firms simply don't publish theirs. It's a fair picture of what you're buying. Source: tradeify.co footer.
Programs and prices
Three programs, all one-off fees with no activation fee. These are the list prices; the homepage nearly always shows a discount code under them (on 7 October, GEMS for 30% off until 15 October). The firm says plainly that all sales are final, so none of it comes back.
| Program | $25K | $50K | $100K | $150K |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Select Evaluation | $109 | $165 | $265 | $369 |
| Growth Evaluation | $99 | $145 | $255 | $369 |
| Lightning Funded | $345 | $492 | $660 | $796 |
- Resets cost $75 to $239 on Select and $60 to $229 on Growth. Lightning has none: if it fails, you buy another.
- Select has a 50% consistency option for more money ($135 to $459 list), if 40% feels too tight.
- Limits on buying: no more than 15 Select evaluations in 30 days, and no more than 5 funded accounts per person or household.
The trading rules
Every account uses an end-of-day trailing drawdown: the floor follows your best closing balance and never drops. One thing the homepage's “no intraday traps” line glosses over: the floor only moves at the close, but it's enforced live. Touch it at any moment and the account is gone, even if the price comes back before the close. Once funded, it locks at your starting balance plus $100.

- Flat every afternoon, and over the weekend. No overnight holds on any account.
- News is allowed. Its news article says there are no rules around it, though its rules overview mentions “specific rules around major economic events” without saying what they are.
- Daily limits are soft. Hitting one stops you for the day; the account survives. On Growth and Lightning it widens to the full drawdown once you're 6% up.
- Select funded accounts start smaller. You begin with fewer contracts than the evaluation allowed (1 to 3 minis) and scale up as the balance grows. On Select Daily, the funded drawdown at 100K and 150K is also smaller than in the evaluation.
- No hedging across related markets. The agreement bans opposite positions in the same product group, not just the same contract. An older help article says long ES and short NQ is fine, so ask before you trade two related markets in opposite directions.
- Bots are fine, high-frequency ones aren't, and you can copy trades only across your own accounts.
Lightning, the instant account
Lightning skips the evaluation. You pay two to three times the Select price and start on a funded account straight away. The trade-off is at payout time: each payout needs a fresh profit goal, the consistency rule tightens with each one, and every payout is capped.
| Size | Profit goal, 1st payout | Goal after that | Cap, payouts 1 to 3 | Cap from 4th |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25K | $1,500 | $1,000 | $1,000 | $1,000 |
| $50K | $3,000 | $2,000 | $2,000 | $2,500 |
| $100K | $6,000 | $3,500 | $2,500 | $3,000 |
| $150K | $9,000 | $4,500 | $3,000 | $3,500 |
Look at the 150K. You have to make $9,000 before the first payout, but you can only take $3,000 of it. The rest stays in the account, and the next payout needs $4,500 of new profit on top. The consistency rule starts at 20% (no single day can be more than a fifth of the profit), then 25%, then 30%. Leftover profit doesn't count toward the next goal. Lightning payout policy.

Getting paid
- Every payout is capped. Select Flex lets you take up to half your profit, capped at $1,250 to $4,500 by size (lower than before for accounts bought after 1 September 2026). Select Daily caps at $600 to $2,500. Growth starts at $1,000 to $2,500 and rises with each payout.
- A “winning day” needs a minimum profit: $100 on a 25K up to $250 on a 150K. The count starts again after every payout.
- Two identity checks. Tradeify's own (through Sumsub, before your first payout), then Rise's, which also asks for a tax ID. This is where most of the recent one-star reviews say things went wrong.
- No payout fee is published, and its help centre says receiving money through Rise is free.
- Elite Live isn't optional. If Tradeify picks you, you move, your simulated accounts close, and you start the live account at a $0 balance with an 80% split. Its pages don't agree on when this happens: after 3 payouts, or after 4 to 5, depending on which one you read.
Every payout condition, in one list
We count 14 published rules that can delay, reduce or void a payout. The ones to read twice: the consistency rules (different on every plan), staying above the payout thresholds until the request is processed, and the firm's right to suspend a payout while it investigates. Add the 10-second rule from its guidelines: more than half your trades and half your profit must come from trades held longer than 10 seconds. Guidelines for traders.
- 1Escalating consistency rule (Lightning)Best-day share of profit is capped and tightens with each payout on Lightning Funded accounts bought after 12 Sep 2025.
- 235% consistency rule (Growth)Growth Funded accounts must satisfy a 35% consistency rule on every payout request.
- 3Profit goal resets after every payout (Lightning)Leftover profit does not carry over; fresh profit must be earned from new trades to reach the next goal.
- 4Winning-day counter resets after each payout (Growth)The 5 qualifying trading days must be re-earned for every subsequent payout.
- 5Must stay above thresholds until the request is processedTrading after submitting a request can void the payout if the account fails or drops below the minimum.
- 6Positive net profit required each cycle (Select)Losses after a payout must be earned back before another payout can be requested, on both Select Flex and Select Daily.
- 7Daily Continuity Rule (Select Daily)Withdrawals are limited to twice the profit earned since the last payout request, subject to the per-size cap.
- 8Contract scaling on funded accounts (Select)Funded accounts start with reduced contract limits that only increase as End of Day equity crosses set triggers.
- 9Payout can be suspended pending investigationTradeify may suspend processing and withhold approved-but-unpaid payouts while reviewing suspected rule breaches; the stated time limits stop running.
- 10Prohibited trading practices forfeit profitsOpposing positions, hedging across accounts, microscalping, non-market prices, manipulative and high-frequency trading can void profits whether or not already requested.
- 11Consistency in trading plan requiredTraders must keep sizing, stops and targets consistent and must not flip contracts merely to register a trading day.
- 12Payout requests are finalA submitted request cannot be changed and blocks further requests on that account until processed.
- 13Maximum 5 simulated funded accountsApplies per individual and per household across all funded account types.
- 14Forced, non-declinable transition to Elite LiveOnce selected the move is mandatory, all sim accounts close, and a sim account with no payout does not transition at all.
Where its own pages disagree
We publish both sides whenever a firm's pages contradict each other, rather than picking one. Tradeify's help centre is large and changes often, and older articles haven't kept up. These are the twelve that matter most to a trader, each quoted word for word. Where it touches money or a rule that can end your account, ask support in writing before you trade.

Tradeify's help centre blocks automated reading, so help articles are quoted from Internet Archive copies of its own pages, dated above. Its homepage, agreement and terms were read live on 7 Oct 2026. We found more minor ones (reset prices, commissions, payout totals) and left them off this list.
Tradeify on Trustpilot, read closely
On 7 Oct 2026 Tradeify had a TrustScore of 4.4 from 5,014 reviews, and 4,018 of them (80%) were posted in the last twelve months. We looked at how those reviews arrive and what they actually say.
1. How the stars split
93% of all reviews are either five stars or one star, and only 7% land in between. 84% five-star against 10% one-star. That's a strong profile overall, and Trustpilot shows it as “Excellent”.
2. Who asked for the review
Tradeify's profile carries the labels “Paid Trustpilot subscription” and “Asks customers to review”. That's allowed. But a firm chooses when to send the invitation, so we read the 160 newest English reviews (28 Sep 2026 to 7 Oct 2026) and split them by how they arrived, using the data Trustpilot publishes with each review:
The gap is big. Reviews that came through Tradeify's own invitations averaged 4.7 stars; the 46 written without one averaged 2.7. And 24 of the 30 one-star reviews in the sample were unprompted. Firms usually invite reviews right after a good moment, like a payout, so invited reviews lean positive everywhere. Here the unprompted ones tell a much harder story.
Here the card labels match the page data: Trustpilot labelled 112 cards “Verified” and 2 “Invited”, all sent through Tradeify's own invitation channels, and the other 46 “Unprompted review”.
3. What the happy reviews say
Most five-star reviews are short and general. The specific ones praise clear rules, helpful support staff and payouts landing fast, sometimes the same day.
“I was able to receive my payout the same day in my bank account.”
“It only took 48 hours to receive it. The next two payouts I received within hours .”
4. What the one-star reviews say
39 one-star reviews, counted across both samples (the recent reviews and the one- and two-star filter). Topics are our own reading, one per review.
One complaint dominates: 29 of the 39 one-star reviews describe an identity check refused, a “suspicious activity” lock, or an account closed without a named rule, usually just after the trader asked for a payout, and usually with the decision called final. We can't check any single claim, and some look coordinated (three reviews quote the same transaction ID). But the pattern is too consistent to ignore.
The practical step: complete Tradeify's identity check from the dashboard before you trade the funded account hard, not when you ask for your first payout.
“Tradeify is the only firm that has ever rejected my identity verification.”
“My dashboard is still blocked, and that is the only place where a payout can be requested.”
5. How Tradeify answers them
This is where Tradeify is strong. It replied to 129 of the 160 newest reviews, including about half the one-stars, and its last reply to a negative review was on 6 Oct 2026, the day before we read it. Its profile is listed as a software company, not a financial service.
Trustpilot files Tradeify under “Software Company”. The star split, review counts and reply record are Trustpilot's; where a figure comes from the data Trustpilot publishes with the page rather than its visible text, that is how we read it.
How Tradeify scores here
Mid-table. The rules score is decent for a futures firm (end-of-day drawdown, one-off fees, news allowed) but held back by the no-overnight rule. Reputation loses points for invited reviews, a young profile where 80% of reviews are from the last year, no registration number and no founding year. Here's the breakdown:
With this read we added Lightning to Tradeify's rules, its company, its refund policy, its first-payout timing and its newer payout caps, and refreshed its Trustpilot figures. The board scores changed with them. How we score.
Pros, cons and who it suits
- ✓ One-off fees, no activation fee, frequent discounts
- ✓ End-of-day drawdown on every account
- ✓ 90% split, and Rise payouts cost nothing
- ✓ Daily payouts available on Select Daily
- ✓ Publishes its own pass and payout rates
- ✓ Replies to almost every negative review
- ! No registration number for the company
- ! Twelve places where its own pages disagree
- ! Recent one-star reviews about blocked payouts after identity checks
- ! 14 conditions that can hold up a payout
- ! Every payout capped; Lightning keeps most of a big month
- ! No overnight or weekend holds
- ! Fee never refunded
It might suit a futures day trader who likes a one-off price, closes out every afternoon, keeps each day roughly in line with the others, and wants the option of daily payouts on Select Daily. Skip it if you hold overnight, if one big day usually makes your month, or if you need your rules in one place that reads the same everywhere. Whatever you choose, finish the identity check early.

Questions traders ask
Is Tradeify legit?
It's a real US firm that sells futures evaluations and pays traders. Its trader agreement names Tradeify Holdings, Corp. in Boca Raton, Florida, and it says it has paid out over $350 million. It scores 4.4 on Trustpilot from 5,014 reviews. The catches: no registration number for that company, a run of recent one-star reviews about identity checks and blocked payouts, and a dozen places where its own pages disagree.
How much does Tradeify cost?
One-off fees, no monthly subscription and no activation fee. List prices run from $99 (Growth 25K) to $796 (Lightning 150K), and there's nearly always a discount code on the homepage; on 7 October it was 30% off. Nothing is refunded.
What's the difference between Select, Growth and Lightning?
Select is an evaluation with no daily limit and a 40% consistency rule, and once funded you pick between Flex (payouts every five winning days) and Daily (payouts every day, with a daily limit). Growth has a daily limit but no consistency rule in the evaluation, then 35% once funded. Lightning skips the evaluation: you pay more and start funded, with a rising consistency rule at payout time.
Can you hold trades overnight with Tradeify?
No. Every account has to be flat by the afternoon close, and weekends are out too. Its own pages give two different times (4:59 PM and 4:45 PM Eastern), so close by 4:45 to be safe.
How does Tradeify pay out?
Through Rise, which can pay to a bank account or in crypto, with Plane as a backup if Rise isn't available where you live. You pass Tradeify's own identity check first, then Rise's. The split is 90% on simulated funded accounts and 80% on Elite Live.
What is Tradeify's 10-second rule?
To ask for a payout, more than half of your trades and more than half of your profit have to come from trades held longer than 10 seconds. Breaking it doesn't fail the account, but it blocks the payout until you're back over the line.
How many traders actually get paid at Tradeify?
Tradeify publishes this itself. From August 2025 to July 2026, 17.2% of evaluations were passed, 28.5% of traders who reached a funded account got a payout, and 3.0% of funded traders were moved to a live account.
Where these figures come from
Rules, prices, payout terms and the quotes above come from Tradeify's own pages, read 7 Oct 2026: the homepage, agreement and terms live, and help-centre articles through dated Internet Archive copies. Each rule is quoted with its source on the firm page. Trustpilot figures were read from its public profile on 7 Oct 2026; sample topics are our own reading. Reviewer names are left out on purpose. Not financial advice.
