Factual information, not advice. Every company is measured the same way, against published criteria. Nothing here recommends a firm, plan or trade, or knows your circumstances.
The short version
- Popular, fast-paying, and full of fine print. Traders keep praising quick payouts and helpful support. The terms carry more payout conditions than almost any firm we track.
- Solid core rules: a fixed maximum loss, weekend holds allowed, and news trading allowed with 40% of the profit taken back near big releases.
- Trustpilot 4.5, and it barely answers critics. It has replied to 2 of 3,523 negative reviews.
- Overall 6.6/10, #3 of 16 CFD firms on this site at $100K.
FundedNext at a glance
Who is behind FundedNext
FundedNext says it started in 2022. The company whose terms you accept is FundedNext Ltd, registered in the Comoros under number HY01023052. Four more companies stand behind the brand: offices in Hong Kong, the brand owned from the UAE, and two companies in Cyprus that take your payment.
That's a lot of companies to keep track of, but FundedNext does say which one you contract with, which not every firm manages. Two things to know: the contracting company is offshore, which is where any dispute would go, and FundedNext advertises $296M paid out with no date on the figure, so there's no way to tell how recent it is. Its own words on the trading itself:
“Trading activities on this platform are executed solely by FundedNext Ltd. using virtual funds in a simulated environment and do not involve real financial risk or trading with real financial instruments.”

We track the two Stellar challenges, 2-Step and 1-Step. Both are one-off fees, and both refund the fee: 2-Step with your first reward, 1-Step at your third. These are the regular prices on its own pages.

The trading rules
| Program | Daily loss | Max loss | News, funded | Weekend, funded |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stellar 2-Step2-step | 5% | 10% static | 40% of profit ±5 min | Allowed |
| Stellar 1-Step1-step | 3% | 6% static | 40% of profit ±5 min | Allowed |
- A fixed maximum loss: 10% on 2-Step and 6% on 1-Step, and it doesn't follow your balance up.
- The daily limit counts open and closed losses against the day's starting balance: 5% on 2-Step, 3% on 1-Step.
- News trading is allowed, at a price. On a funded account, profitable trades within 5 minutes either side of listed high-impact news lose 40% of their profit. Losses in the window count in full. That cut can push a whole cycle into a loss, which cancels that cycle's reward.
- Weekend holds are allowed on both programs.
- Very short trades are policed. Under the Quick Strike rule, trades closed within 30 seconds earn a warning at 20% of your trades, and at 30% a funded account is closed at the end of the cycle.
Getting paid
FundedNext is quick once you ask. It promises a reward within 24 hours, pays $1,000 if it misses that through its own fault, and publishes a median of 4.74 hours. When you're allowed to ask depends on the program:
| Program | First reward | Or |
|---|---|---|
| Stellar 2-Step | 21 days, then every 14 | or on demand at 2% growth, under a 40% consistency rule |
| Stellar 1-Step | Every 5 business days | counted from the first trade |
| Stellar Lite | 21 days, then every 14 | or on demand at 2% growth, under a 40% consistency rule |
| Stellar Instant | On demand at 5% growth | or every two weeks at 1% or more |
- Split: 80% as standard, up to 90% through scaling and 95% with a paid add-on. The Stellar challenges also pay a 15% reward on challenge profits at the first scale-up. Its help centre says on-demand payouts carry a 90% share, which doesn't match the 80% in its rules table. We show both on the firm page.
- A cycle has to end in profit. If it doesn't, it keeps extending, 21 days at a time on 2-Step, and no reward is paid until it closes in profit.
- You pay the transfer fee, up to 3.5%. The minimum reward is $20. Methods include USDT, USDC, Rise and bank transfer.
- KYC must be approved, not just submitted, before any reward.
Every payout condition, in one list
We count 17 published rules that can delay, reduce or cancel a FundedNext payout, more than most firms we track. Several are ordinary anti-abuse rules. The ones to read twice: the terms reserve a broad right to withhold or reverse rewards, even ones already credited, and say no reward counts as earned until it's paid.
- 140% consistency rule (on-demand rewards)Applies when requesting an on-demand reward on Stellar 2-Step and Stellar Lite. Evaluated only at the moment of request, not as a daily cap. Blocks the request until total profit grows enough.
- 2Minimum growth for on-demand2% of initial balance on Stellar 2-Step and Lite; 5% growth on Stellar Instant, confirmed at an End-of-Day check.
- 3Stellar Instant trade-activity restrictionOnce a new trade is placed during the current trading day the transfer option is disabled until the next End-of-Day check, so opening a trade can push a payout back a day.
- 4Minimum trading days2 trading days on Stellar 1-Step, 5 on Stellar 2-Step, 5 on Stellar Lite, none on Stellar Instant. A trading day counts only when a trade with non-zero P&L is placed. Gates reaching the funded account rather than the payout itself.
- 5Trading cycle must end in profitIf the account is not in profit at the end of a cycle the cycle does not end; it extends in 21-day (2-Step/Lite) or 5-day (1-Step) increments, and a negative balance carries into the next cycle. No reward is payable until a cycle closes in profit.
- 6News Time Rule 40% profit deductionProfitable trades executed in restricted news windows have 40% deducted, which can push the cycle into a loss and cancel the reward for that cycle.
- 7Quick Strike rule (trades closed within 30 seconds)A warning at 20%; at 30% or above advancement is held on challenge accounts, and on funded accounts the account is terminated at cycle end with all Quick Strike profit forfeited.
- 8Gambling behaviour / risk parameterOverleveraging, over-risking, non-repeatable style or no stop-loss triggers enforcement: the trader is forced to choose between on-demand rewards under a 40% consistency rule or an adjusted (reduced) profit split applied across all their funded accounts.
- 9Prohibited strategiesLatency/gap/external-feed trading, arbitrage, HFT, tick scalping, grid trading, one-sided betting, cross-account hedging, account sharing, account rolling, third-party copy trading/signals, sudden change in trading behaviour, and unauthorised VPS/EA use. Breach can cancel services without refund.
- 10Abusive position sizing anomaliesPositions conspicuously larger or smaller than the trader's own prior pattern may be flagged, triggering extra verification or enforcement.
- 11Discretionary withholding of rewardsThe terms reserve a broad right to withhold, suspend, adjust, reverse, deny or set off any reward, including rewards already calculated, credited or scheduled, and to apply enforcement across all of the customer's accounts.
- 12Rewards are discretionary and not vestedNo reward is treated as earned until expressly approved and paid.
- 13Chargeback or payment disputeA suspected chargeback lets the firm withhold or set off any pending, accrued or future reward until resolved.
- 14KYC approval required before any rewardTrading may continue while KYC is pending, but no reward can be received until the status is Approved.
- 1560-day inactivity deactivationApplies to all CFD accounts and cannot be extended or customised.
- 16Open trades at cycle endTraders must close running trades 15 minutes before the cycle ends or the system closes them automatically.
- 17Express model consistency designationLegacy Express accounts bought with a Consistency designation must meet consistency requirements; breaching it wipes the cycle's profit and resets the balance.
FundedNext on Trustpilot, read closely
On 30 Sep 2026 FundedNext had a TrustScore of 4.5 from 80,421 reviews, and 36,748 of them (46%) were posted in the last twelve months. We looked at how those reviews arrive and what they actually say.
1. How the stars split
90% of all reviews are either five stars or one star, and only 10% land in between. The one-star share (7%) is close to FundingPips' and more than twice The5ers'.
2. Who asked for the review
FundedNext's profile carries the labels “Paid Trustpilot subscription” and “Asks customers to review”. That's allowed. But a firm chooses when to send the invitation, so we read the 159 newest English reviews (28 Sep 2026 to 30 Sep 2026) and split them by how they arrived, using the data Trustpilot publishes with each review:
Here FundedNext is different from the other firms we've reviewed. Invited reviews averaged 4.8, but reviews written without an invitation were almost as positive, at 4.6. At FundingPips and The5ers, uninvited reviews averaged well under 2. So FundedNext's high score doesn't seem to come mainly from who it invites. Our sample covers only three days, though, so treat that as a snapshot.
On the review cards Trustpilot showed 79 of these as “Verified” and 80 as “Unprompted review”. But 19 of the “Unprompted” ones came through a company link that Trustpilot's own page data records as an invitation, so we counted them as invited.
3. What the happy reviews say
The biggest specific group thanks a support agent by name. After that it's payout speed, with several reviewers reporting payouts in minutes, which matches the firm's own published median.
“For the first time, i got my payout within 10 minutes”
“just read and understand their rules, follow them and u will get paid”
4. What the one-star reviews say
37 one-star reviews, counted across both samples (the recent reviews and the one- and two-star filter). Topics are our own reading, one per review.
The biggest group is disputed account closures: copy-trading or hedging allegations, compliance screening interviews after passing, and accounts “paused” by an admin. Next are rules traders found too strict or not clear enough, then KYC and support delays, and a few payouts withheld. We can't check any single claim, but the themes match the conduct and discretion rules in the list above.
“just 2 days before my payout, while I was in profit, they terminated my account”
“it was not mentioned that if you breach the daily loss limit you’re unable to trade again”
“It's been 4 days and I have not received my payout.”
5. How FundedNext answers them
This is the weakest part of FundedNext's Trustpilot profile. Trustpilot shows “Replied to 0% of negative reviews”: it has answered 2 of 3,523, and none of the 159 newest reviews we read. Its last reply to a negative review was on 26 Feb 2026. Compare FundingPips (99%) and The5ers (96%). If something goes wrong, don't expect a public answer there; keep your own records and use its support tickets.
Trustpilot files FundedNext under “Alternative Financial Service”. The star split, review counts and reply record are Trustpilot's; where a figure comes from the data Trustpilot publishes with the page rather than its visible text, that is how we read it.
How FundedNext scores here
FundedNext loses points for paid review invitations and for its long list of payout conditions, and gains them for naming the company you contract with. Here's the breakdown:
Scores use the Trustpilot reading taken for every firm on the same day, so firms are compared like for like. How we score.
Pros, cons and who it suits
- ✓ Payouts within 24 hours, with compensation if late
- ✓ Fixed maximum loss on both Stellar programs
- ✓ Weekend holds allowed
- ✓ News trading allowed, with a profit cut
- ✓ Challenge fee refunded
- ✓ Names the company you contract with, with a number
- ! Contracting company in the Comoros, five companies in all
- ! 17 conditions that can hold up a payout
- ! Broad right to withhold or reverse rewards
- ! 40% of news-window profit taken back
- ! Almost never replies to negative reviews
- ! Undated payout total
It suits traders who want fast, frequent payouts and hold positions over the weekend, and who are happy to read a long rulebook before they start. Think twice if you scalp in seconds, trade the news for most of your profit, or want a firm that will answer you in public if things go wrong.

That company is registered in the Comoros, and four other companies sit behind the brand. The trading is simulated, which FundedNext says itself.

Yes, on both Stellar programs we track, in the challenge and once funded.
How fast does FundedNext pay?
