Every figure on this page links to the Fusion Markets page it came from. Where Fusion Markets publishes nothing, we say so and score it zero.
One benchmark instrument per market, in Fusion Markets's own units and on its own basis. Metals are below.
Global pages read live on 27 September 2026. The ASIC entity's leverage table is from the Internet Archive's copy of fusionmarkets.com.au/Trading/Trading-conditions dated 19 May 2026 (the .com.au site redirects to the global site from outside Australia). Spread averages are Fusion's own, for 1 to 5 June 2026.

At the two conventions in common use, 0.86 is either 86 cents or $8.60 a lot — a tenfold difference. We do not pick one, so Fusion cannot be costed against brokers that publish gold in dollars.

“Staying true to our principles, we charge the same low commission for trading gold at $2.25 per lot per side ($4.50 round turn) for Zero Account. For Classic Account, there would be no commission as it will be included in the spread.”
It directs traders to the symbol specification inside MT4, MT5 or cTrader, and says the rates are its prime broker's rather than its own.
“They are calculated by our prime broker and liquidity providers and based on current market conditions and risk analysis. It is worth noting that Fusion Markets does not have any control over these rates”
1.76 is its own rule applied to its own gold average. Fusion states this figure is “measured in pips” but never defines a gold pip, and its contract table gives pip value by lot size rather than pip size. At the two conventions in common use, 0.86 is either 86 cents or $8.60 a lot — a tenfold difference. We do not pick one, so Fusion cannot be costed against brokers that publish gold in dollars.
“Please note that the average spreads mentioned in our product list are applicable to the Zero account. To obtain the average spreads for your Classic account, you need to add the spread rate indicated on the product list to 0.9.”

Fusion publishes gold hours in seven timezones, including daylight saving. It is the clearest of the brokers we have read on this.

Swap is replaced by an administration charge once a position is a week old. Fusion does not publish what that charge is on gold.
“Only Pay Admin Charges for Trades Open Longer than 7 Days ... Admin charges vary depending on the instrument.”
Leverage on gold is set by the company you are actually onboarded to, not by the brand. A broker can offer 1:1000 through one entity and a fraction of that through another, for the same instrument on the same day.
The archived Australian site settles it — 1:20 is the ASIC retail cap on gold, and the 1:20 copy is Australian text sitting on the global site.

Gold gets its own line in the ASIC retail table, tighter than minor forex at 1:20 and separate from other commodities at 1:10.

A broker is holding your own money rather than paying you a share of profit, so the only question is how easily it comes back.
Fusion Markets advertises withdrawals as free, and then reserves the right to charge in its own client agreement where a deposit was not traded. Both the claim and the clause are quoted below.
Every method on the Withdrawal Options table shows “Fees: 0 USD”. Fusion reserves the right to pass on merchant fees where a client deposits and withdraws without significant trading.
“Fusion Markets does not charge any fees on your withdrawals, however when withdrawing via bank wire, there may be fees charged by intermediaries or the receiving bank (client bank) that we have no control over. It is also important to note that if you choose to withdraw via crypto, that there may be network fees incurred on the withdrawal amount (these are not charged by Fusion Markets).”
“In cases where clients deposit funds through available funding methods and subsequently request a withdrawal without engaging in significant trading activity, we reserve the right to apply applicable merchant fees to the client's account during the withdrawal process.”
“Withdrawals are available 24/7, with most processed in under 1 hour^, so your money moves when you need it to.”
“Yes, one of our many withdrawal options is a crypto withdrawal. The cryptocurrencies available to withdraw are: Bitcoin (BTC) Ethereum (ETH) Litecoin (LTC) Tether (USDT) (ERC20, TRC20) Ripple (XRP)”
“Min withdrawal: 10 USD”
“Withdrawals are available 24/7, with most processed in under 1 hour^, so your money moves when you need it to.”
“For all markets except cryptocurrencies, withdrawals require a multi-factor authentication (MFA) code. For cryptocurrency withdrawals, you’ll need both email confirmation and an MFA code.”
“Account Approvals can take between as little as 3 minutes, with 90% of account approved within the hour”

Charges for leaving the account alone scores zero because the firm publishes nothing we could read. Nothing is filled in with a guess.
This score is about getting paid, not about trading rules. It is never averaged into the Freedom Score: a firm can have the most generous rules on the board and still be the hardest place to get money out of.
