What this site is

A comparison of prop firms and brokers, built from the rules each company publishes on its own pages. It is factual information, not financial, investment or legal advice, and nothing on it recommends a firm, a plan or a trade for you. Firms change their rules often: always read a firm's current terms before you pay for anything. Trading with leverage can lose you more than you expect.

We check every figure against its source and show where it came from, but we can be wrong or out of date. We are not responsible for decisions you make using the site, or for what a firm does. Where a number can be wrong explains the known limits.

Your account

• One account per person. Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself.
• You must be 18 or over.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
• We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, for example one used to manipulate votes or reviews.

Votes and reviews

When you rate or review a firm, you agree that:

• It is about your own experience with that firm.
• You are not the firm, do not work for it or a competitor, and are not being paid or rewarded for it in any way.
• You describe what happened rather than state an accusation as fact, and you do not name or expose another person.
• It contains no advertising, referral codes or links.

Reviews are checked before they appear, and we may decline or remove one that breaks these rules. You keep the rights to what you write; you let us publish it on this site, without your name, for as long as it stays up. You can edit or remove it at any time. Published reviews are each writer's own account; we do not verify them.

Using the site fairly

Do not vote or review automatically, create accounts to boost or damage a firm, try to get round the limits that protect the site, or copy the site's data in bulk for republication.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links to firms pay us a commission. That never changes a ranking, and every such link says so where it appears. Affiliate disclosure has the full list.

Questions and changes

Write to getfunded@bestpropfirm.today. If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top; the privacy side is covered by the privacy policy.
