23 published rules can delay, reduce or void a payout.
80% to the trader.
On demand, with no waiting period published. Profit is held behind a buffer before any of it can be withdrawn.
The trader pays — Ethereum gas, paid by the trader in ETH from the linked wallet; the firm puts it at about USD 1–2 a claim. Wallet changes are only allowed during evaluations..
Trustpilot has hidden this company's rating for a breach of its guidelines and says it removed fake reviews.
This score is about getting paid, not about trading rules. It is never averaged into the Freedom Score: a firm can have the most generous rules on the board and still be the hardest place to get money out of.

Be aware
Of the 23 payout conditions FundedHive publishes, these can cost you money or your account.
- Can end the accountInvoluntary termination with clawback
Grounds include breach of any rule, a chargeback, teaching others to pass, defamatory or harmful statements about FundedHive (including publishing correspondence), involvement with a competitor, "highly speculative" trading at the firm's discretion and three months' inactivity; trades can be voided and profit clawed back or withheld.
Triggering this closes the account rather than delaying a payout.

General Terms and Conditions (effective January 2026) - Left to the firm's discretionA funded account is simulated
Contradictory. The website disclaimer says all trading is simulated and the firm provides no live accounts; the Terms say the evaluation is simulated, that funded accounts start in live A-Book execution, and that the trader's funded trades are "trading ideas" which an affiliated Saint Lucia company may choose to execute with its own money. An account 1% below its starting balance is switched to simulated B-Book until it recovers. InstantGrowth level 1 is simulated; level 2 upward is A-Book.
You are paid on results in a simulator, not on trades placed in the market.

The evidence
everything above, with the wording it came fromCaps on a single payout
$1,000 a day on Classic and Pay From Profits accounts and $2,000 a day on InstantGrowth, per ERC20 payout address, resetting at 00:00 UTC. Accounts that share an address share the cap. There is no monthly limit.
SourceHide source
“To maintain smart contract security and protect Hive liquidity, a daily instant payout limit of $1,000 applies to all Classic and PayFromProfits accounts. For Instant accounts, the daily payout limit is USD 2,000 per ERC20 connected wallet address.”
“If multiple accounts share the same payout address, the $1,000 daily limit will apply collectively to all connected accounts.”
The rest of the terms
| Frequency | On demand, as often as wanted, up to the daily cap ($1,000 Classic and Pay From Profits, $2,000 InstantGrowth per payout wallet address). |
|---|---|
| Processing time | Within 60 seconds of the request, by smart contract; the firm promises an extra $1,000 if it is late. Its Terms also say transactions may be delayed by internal verification or third-party providers. |
| Minimum | $50 |
| Methods | USD Coin (USDC) on Ethereum (ERC20), to the trader's own MetaMask wallet |
| Buffer | Applies |
| Live or simulated | Contradictory. |
| Verification | Two kinds of account. "Web3 Anonym" accounts, paid in crypto through MetaMask, require no identity verification. Fiat (card) purchases need a regular KYC account, and the firm can demand further documents at any time, terminating the account if they are not supplied within 7 days. |
| Fee refund | No |
Every condition · 23
1B-Book switch at 1% below the starting balance. Once the account is 1% below its initial balance, every position is force-closed and the account moves to simulated B-Book. Nothing earned there can be withdrawn; trading must bring the balance back to the initial balance, after which the trader re-activates A-Book and the balance is reset to the initial balance, wiping the B-Book profit. B-Book profit can only become Hive Coins after the account is breached. source
2Only positive A-Book profit is paid. Profit counts only when made in A-Book and net of earlier A-Book losses; B-Book or unverified profit is excluded from withdrawal. source
3Earlier A-Book losses must be recovered first. A negative A-Book balance must be cleared by new A-Book profit before any withdrawal or any new funded account. source
4Other accounts' profits frozen as collateral. With a significant negative A-Book balance on one account, profits on the trader's other accounts can be frozen until it is cleared. source
5Pay From Profits funded fee comes off the first profits. On Pay From Profits accounts the funded-account fee (1–3% of account size by risk category) is deducted from the trader's share before any payout; if one account cannot cover it, the rest is taken from payouts on the trader's other funded accounts. source
6Risk-category breach (Pay From Profits). Going outside the limits of the assigned risk category pauses the funded account and closes every position; trading resumes only after paying the fee difference for the higher category. source
7Pay From Profits 14-day deadlines. Phase Two must be paid for within 14 days of passing Phase One or the challenge is forfeited; the FAQ also asks for the funded account to be activated within 14 days of passing (one extension of up to 30 days on request). source
8Daily payout cap. $1,000 a day (Classic, Pay From Profits) or $2,000 (InstantGrowth) per payout address; accounts sharing an address share the cap, so a larger balance takes several days to withdraw. source
9No open positions at payout. A payout cannot be requested while any position is open on the funded account. source
10Automatic profit realisation. When floating profit reaches the amount needed to cover an outstanding fee or the A-Book threshold, the system closes the trader's positions without notice. source
11Non-compliant trade profits forfeited. Every profitable trade is checked automatically; profit from a trade judged non-compliant is forfeited or withdrawn. source
12Clawback and reversal. The firm may cancel, correct, claw back or reverse any transaction at any time, even after it has been credited, on its own finding of an error, abnormal conditions or suspected prohibited use. source
13Black Swan Event. The firm may declare a Black Swan Event at its sole discretion and void every trade made during it, profits included. source
14Suspension and freezing of payments. On "unusual activities" and other grounds the firm may suspend the account, any payment due and freeze assets, without notice or reasons. source
15Involuntary termination with clawback. Grounds include breach of any rule, a chargeback, teaching others to pass, defamatory or harmful statements about FundedHive (including publishing correspondence), involvement with a competitor, "highly speculative" trading at the firm's discretion and three months' inactivity; trades can be voided and profit clawed back or withheld. source
16Public complaints. Traders must complain to the firm before posting publicly; the firm reserves legal action over any public complaint, defamatory or not. source
17One funded account per asset at a time. While one funded account holds a position on an asset, no other funded account of the same user, IP or network may open a position on it; copying trades between funded accounts is prohibited. source
18Prohibited trading rules. Arbitrage, news bracketing, tick scalping, hedge or reverse arbitrage, HFT or glitch-exploiting EAs, account sharing, slow data feeds and conduct the firm deems "not a viable trading strategy" are grounds for termination. Hedging is not allowed (netting accounts); InstantGrowth also bans martingale and grid systems. source
19Weekend holding not allowed on funded accounts. Positions may not be held over the weekend on a funded account (clause 7.2.3 of the Terms says the same for evaluations). source
20Loss limits, including maximum loss per trade. Breaching the daily, overall or per-trade loss limit (3% Classic and Pay From Profits High category, 2% InstantGrowth), or the cumulative A-Book loss limit, ends the account. source
21InstantGrowth level 1 is simulated, and stopping after it is allowed once. Level 1 is a B-Book evaluation; a trader may stop after level 1 and withdraw only once per user, and repeated level-1 resets are treated as payout farming. source
22Unilateral changes and termination on notice. The firm may change fees and parameters at any time (not retroactively for services already bought) and may end any account for any reason on 30 days' notice. source
23No consistency rule (stated). The firm states there is no consistency rule on any account type, in evaluation or funded. source
