13 published rules can delay, reduce or void a payout.
100% to the trader.
8 winning days are required before the first payout. Profit is held behind a buffer before any of it can be withdrawn.
The firm publishes no payout fee policy either way.
3.8 from 1,157 reviews.
Who pays to move the money scores zero because the firm publishes nothing we could read. Nothing is filled in with a guess.
This score is about getting paid, not about trading rules. It is never averaged into the Freedom Score: a firm can have the most generous rules on the board and still be the hardest place to get money out of.

“You keep up to 100% of your simulated trading profits, up to the $25,000 reward cap per SIM round. The cap applies per trader across all of your accounts combined; the lifetime total across all SIM-funded rewards is $150,000. Once you reach $25,000 in a SIM round, you qualify to transition to the LIVE ELITE program and trade real capital.”

Worst thing about it. 8 winning days are needed before a payout
Be aware
Of the 13 payout conditions Elite Trader Funding publishes, these can cost you money or your account.
- Can end the accountLoss Limit Rule — 35% give-back after 20% gain
Once an account gains 20%, giving back more than 35% of those gains overrides the original max drawdown, can remove the account from Elite Sim-Funded and disqualifies the trader from LIVE ELITE. Checked at risk audits and at reward requests.
Triggering this closes the account rather than delaying a payout.

“After the account gains +20%, you may not give back more than 35% of those gains. This rule overrides the initial max drawdown. The rule applies intraday, within a single session, and across the account's lifetime. Giving back more than 35% can remove the account from Elite Sim-Funded and disqualify you from LIVE ELITE.”
Live elite information - Can take profit you already madeHard policy violations forfeit profits
Hedging across accounts, exceeding position limits, triggering max drawdown, and failing to flatten one minute before close can cause account failure, profit forfeiture and closure.
Profit you have already made is taken back rather than paid.

“Flatten Trades: All positions must be closed 1 minute before market close. Failure to do so will result in account termination and forfeiture of profits.”
Payout audit faq - Left to the firm's discretionA funded account is simulated
Funded accounts start simulated ('Elite Sim-Funded') and pay real money from simulated profits. A trader moves to real capital in LIVE ELITE on reaching any one of: 5 rewards per trader, 50 Active Trading Days per trader, or the $25,000 reward cap — but ETF may move anyone at any time, including during an evaluation or mid-reward. On conversion all sim accounts close, sim balances and earnings do not carry over, and no rewards from those accounts are owed; the trader restarts on a fixed LIVE ELITE starting balance ($1,250-$2,500 depending on the top-performing sim account).
You are paid on results in a simulator, not on trades placed in the market.

The evidence
everything above, with the wording it came fromCaps on a single payout
$25,000 per trader per SIM round across all accounts combined, and $150,000 lifetime across all SIM-funded rewards. Within that, each reward cycle has a per-size maximum (for example a $150,000 Elite Sim-Funded account can take $100-$2,250 in cycle 1 rising to $100-$3,000 from cycle 4). LIVE ELITE has no maximum.

“They are two different caps. The $25,000 SIM reward cap is per trader per SIM round: once your SIM-funded rewards reach $25,000 you qualify to transition to LIVE ELITE (real capital). The $150,000 cap is your lifetime total across all SIM-funded rewards ... In short: $25,000 = per-round SIM cap; $150,000 = lifetime SIM cap.”

| Verification | Yes — KYC via SumSub is mandatory before any reward is paid, and the 48-hour guarantee is void without it. Account ownership, name and email cannot be changed after registration; an LLC can only be added at initial account creation. Address changes require proof and must be reported promptly or rewards may be delayed. |

1Active Trade Day qualification thresholds. A day only counts toward the reward cycle if it clears both a dollar minimum and a percentage of the best day; setting a new best day raises the bar for every future day. source
2Safety net must be reached before requesting. The account must clear its safety-net balance in addition to satisfying ATDs. source
3Loss Limit Rule — 35% give-back after 20% gain. Once an account gains 20%, giving back more than 35% of those gains overrides the original max drawdown, can remove the account from Elite Sim-Funded and disqualifies the trader from LIVE ELITE. Checked at risk audits and at reward requests. source
4Weekly trading requirement. Missing a single week closes the account and voids rewards; applies to all account types including Diamond Hands. source
5Fast-Track consistency rule. Revamped Fast-Track caps the best single day at 40% of total profit to qualify and 30% at reward. source
6Hard policy violations forfeit profits. Hedging across accounts, exceeding position limits, triggering max drawdown, and failing to flatten one minute before close can cause account failure, profit forfeiture and closure. source
7Terms of Service breach can add trading days or withhold rewards. ETF may impose extra Active Trade Days (minimum 8) or withhold rewards entirely. source
8Trading is frozen on the day of the request. Traders must wait for a Payroll email, and any trading that day does not count toward Active Trading Day totals. source
9Account closure for non-productive trading activity. A prolonged pattern of scratch days or minimal progress can get the account reviewed and closed regardless of any single rule breach. source
10Forced transition wipes sim rewards. ETF can move a trader to LIVE ELITE at any time, including before or during a reward review; all Elite Sim-Funded accounts close and no rewards from those accounts are owed. source
11Declining LIVE ELITE cuts the payout to 5%/2% and triggers a two-year ban. Traders have 3 business days to accept; declining pays only 5% of earnings up to $12,500 and 2% above that, then the account closes. source
12KYC and Rise verification are prerequisites. Without completed KYC and Rise verification the request is not approved and the 48-hour guarantee does not apply. source
13Rebuild Path rewards are not paid. Former LIVE ELITE traders returning through a 50K DTF account cannot withdraw from it at all. source
