This score is about getting paid, not about trading rules. It is never averaged into the Freedom Score: a firm can have the most generous rules on the board and still be the hardest place to get money out of.

110-minute high-impact news window (funded accounts). Opening or closing (including SL/TP fills) within 5 minutes either side of a high-impact release means the profit on that trade is deducted. Losses in the window are not compensated. Trades held 48h+ are exempt. source
2All trades and pending orders must be closed, and it must be your pay day or later. Open positions or pending orders block the request entirely. source
3Inter-account / cross-platform / cross-firm hedging. First detection is a one-time soft breach with all trades force-closed; any second detection permanently breaches and closes the accounts. Two or more hedged trades on first detection is an immediate hard breach. source
4Copy trading between accounts not owned by the same person, and signal trading. Flagged accounts get manual inspection; outcomes range from profit deduction plus account reset to immediate closure with no profit distribution. source
5Forbidden trading practices (T&C 5.4-5.9). Exploiting service errors, external/slow data feeds, coordinated multi-account trades, AI/ultra-high-speed trading, gap trading around major news, overleveraging, overexposure, one-sided bets, account rolling. The provider may remove the offending transactions, cancel services, cut leverage to 1:5 or impose trading restrictions. source
6Abusive strategy types. Grid Trading, Arbitrage, Tick Scalping and HFT are explicitly prohibited. source
730-calendar-day inactivity rule. Applies to Phase 1, Phase 2 and Funded accounts. The reset trade must stay open at least 60 seconds. Pending orders do not count. After 6 months with no reactivation request the account can be marked a hard breach. source
8Rewards are discretionary, not an entitlement. Payouts depend on identity verification and compliance, and are explicitly described as discretionary. source
9Account suspension forfeits unpaid rewards. On suspension, any performance reward still sitting in the funded account is lost. source
10Wallet address changes require video verification. Changing the USDC payout address needs an uncut video of the dashboard, the payout section and the new address, which can delay a payout. source
11No consistency rule. Recorded as an explicit absence: BrightFunded states it does not enforce one. source
